ROOTED IN FAMILY

The Whelan’s legacy.

Our family’s first pub. The beginning of a lasting connection to people and places.

More than a property.
Part of our story.

Whelan’s on Wexford Street was our family’s first pub — the legacy of my stepfather and mother. It remains an important part of my family legacy and the story behind my interest in property.

The name still hangs above the door today. The stone man who once stood at the bar is going to be at our new home in Temple Bar.

That connection carries through to the projects I pursue today — finding potential in a place and bringing together the right people to take it forward.
